For hygienic reasons, skin care products are non-returnable.
Because we deal with hygienic perishable products we are unable to accept any returns.
To protect our customers, we simply cannot restock an item after it has left our facility.
If this is your first purchase of Garden of Eve skin care products, we recommend purchasing a Sampler Kit to discern which products best suit your skin.
Should your order arrive damaged, we will replace the product.
Damaged items must be returned within 15 days of purchase with all shipping materials included.
Garden of Eve is responsible for the condition of the product when it arrives at its first shipping destination ONLY.
We are NOT responsible for the condition of product after it has been shipped to a secondary destination.
Wrong items or missing items need to be reported immediately upon receiving the order.
Within one week of receiving the order at the latest.
International Priority Mail shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Customer information is guaranteed to remain secure and private. Garden of Eve does not share, trade, rent, or sell customer information with any other entity.
Our skin care products are preserved with natural ingredients. In support of this choice, we direct mail our products to ensure freshness. The products are most effective if stored in a cool environment and used within six months of the purchase date.
